Return And Refund Policy

The legal stuff: our goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn’t amount to a major failure.

What does all that legal stuff mean? Well, it means we comply with the Australian Consumer Law. If you’re not happy with your product and would like a refund, please contact us at within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll arrange a refund. Please specify your order number (in your order confirmation email) and tell us what the problem is so we can do our best to fix it for next time!

We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and ask that you pop it in the post pretty please. You may like to re-use our mailer box (after removing the original delivery instructions) – supporting our planet through the returns process! 

Please note that in most cases, for hygiene reasons, we can only accept products for return that are unused. Due to the nature of our products, it’s just not safe to return them if they’ve already been used (except as required by law). We want to help keep everyone safe and we’re sure you do too!
